FAQ

frequently asked Questions

  • How long should I let my hair grow?

Since your hair should have a minimum length of 5 mm, we recommend that you avoid any type of hair removal for 2 weeks.

  • How far apart should I plan my next appointments?

If you use waxing or sugaring for the first time, your hair may grow back after 2 weeks. This is due to your hair growth cycle and is completely normal.

  • Waxing & sugaring during pregnancy?

Of course you can get waxed/sugared during pregnancy. Just be aware beforehand that your skin will be particularly sensitive due to increased blood circulation and higher hormone levels. If your baby bump isn't showing yet, be sure to talk to us so that we can get you into a comfortable position during the treatment.

  • Waxing & Sugaring during my period?

    Of course, that works too.

  • When should I avoid waxing/sugaring?

Unfortunately, we cannot treat you if you have sunburn, open wounds, broken skin, fever, current psoriasis flare-ups, acne and severe varicose veins. If you have any concerns, please always speak to us beforehand.

  • Will my hair become less over time?

Yes, by regularly removing your hair including its roots, your hair growth will decrease and your hair will become finer.

  • I have intolerances and allergies, is that relevant?

Please let us know before your treatment whether you have any allergies or intolerances.
